#1 – Year-round golf at a pristine and challenging track, with mature tree-lined fairways, elevation changes and several ponds, is one of the Cowichan Valley’s finest courses.
#2 – This par 71/73 layout of 18 holes, at 5712 yards with three tee boxes, is eminently playable for all ages and ability levels.

Regular full member: $2224 plus GST.
Limited and Intermediate: $1668 plus GST.
Loyalty category: $1890.
Cart storage fees (including trail fees, hydro, insurance, and security) will be $479 plus GST. Trail fees will be $250 plus GST.
Mount Brenton continues to offer the best value for an annual membership among local courses with similar amenities. The table below shows that the Mount Brenton 2026 full rate is more advantageous than other clubs’ current 2025 rates, which are expected to rise in 2026.
Mount Brenton 2026 rate: $2224 plus GST
Arbutus Ridge 2025 rate: $3650 plus GST
Cowichan GC 2025 rate: $3190 plus GST
Duncan Meadows 2025 rate: $2650 plus GST
Regular—Full: For adults aged 40 and over, the annual rate is $2,224 from Jan 1 to Dec 31, which includes full booking and year-round playing privileges. New members must pay an entry fee of $1000 and a voting share of $100 in Mount Brenton Golf Course Ltd. Spousal partners of new members receive a 50% discount on the entry fee, but the full annual dues and share cost.
Regular—Limited: For adults aged 40 and over, bookings and play are limited to after 1 p.m. during the high season from April 1 to October 31, with unlimited play during the winter season. Additional play before 1 p.m. incurs the guest green fee rate. Annual dues are $1668. The entry fee is $1,000, and the share fee is $100. A spousal discount applies.
Intermediate: For adults between 19 and 39 with unlimited booking and year-round playing privileges. No entry fee, but the share purchase is at $100. Annual dues are $1668. Intermediates receive a 10% discount per year of membership, which is applied to the entry fee when transitioning to regular categories.
Student: Ages 19 and over registered in a recognized (CRA-defined) post-secondary collegiate or university program.
Junior: Ages 13 to 18, placed in two divisions: Div. 1: ages 13 – 15, and Div. 2: ages 16 – 18.
Children and grandchildren of current members qualify for a complimentary membership.
Children aged 12 and under can play for free when accompanied by an adult member or an adult paying a green fee. (Some restrictions on tee times and play may apply.)
