Our History:
Officially opened on April 23, 1948, Mount Brenton – Vancouver Island’s Hidden Gem – celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2023. The first organizational meeting of subscribers occurred at Ladysmith on May 9, 1947. Since then, the golf course and the club have come a long way.
Current Course Record Holders:
- September 11, 1998 – Janet Ruest shot 72 from the black tees
- 1999 – Greg Koster shot a 61 from the black tees
- August 16, 2008 – Christina Proteau shot 69 from the gold tees
